Terms of Service

The service

PennyCrew is a mobile app that helps families track allowances, chores, savings, rewards and spending. It keeps a record in your family's chosen currency for teaching purposes. PennyCrew is not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. It does not hold, move or pay out real money, and balances in the app are not deposits or claims against us.

Accounts and families

• An adult must create the family. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and you are responsible for the kids you add.
• The family owner decides who joins, which permissions a partner has, and can remove members.
• Keep your password, your family code and kids' PINs private. Tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

• Use PennyCrew only for your own family's household purposes.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share, including images of anyone outside your family without permission.
• Don't try to access other families' data, interfere with the service, or get around plan limits or security measures.

Plans and subscriptions

• PennyCrew has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment terms, including renewal and refund rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. If a paid plan ends, the family moves to the free plan; existing records are not deleted.
• We may change plan features or prices for future billing periods and will tell you in advance where required.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into PennyCrew. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for your family, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your family's data from the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PennyCrew available and accurate but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the app, and we may pause it for maintenance.

Ending your use

You can stop using PennyCrew and delete your account or family at any time from the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other families at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PennyCrew is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on balances recorded in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
