Delete your PennyCrew account
You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us here.
In the app
- Family owner: Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete family. This deletes the whole family: every member, kid accounts, money records, chores, goals and photos.
- Partner: Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete my account. The family keeps its own records.
- Kid: a parent removes the kid from the family in the app. Kids do not have their own login account.
Deletion starts after a 24-hour window in which it can be cancelled. Then the data is permanently removed.
What is kept
Security audit records are kept for up to 400 days and the records about a deleted family are anonymised. Purchases made through Google Play stay in your Google account; cancel the subscription in Google Play so it does not renew.
Ask us to delete it
No access to the app? Send the form below with the topic "My account" from the email you sign in with, or write to privacy@pennycrew.com. We confirm by email before deleting and finish within 30 days.
