No. PennyCrew keeps a record of allowances, rewards and spending in your family's currency so kids can learn how money works. It does not hold, move or pay out real money. Parents hand over cash or buy things themselves, and can record that in the app.

No. Kids sign in with your family code, their name and a PIN you set. They can use their own device or a shared family device.

Each kid sees only their own balance, history, chores, goals and requests. They cannot see other children's information. On their own they can only put money into their savings goals, or record a purchase if you allow it. Taking money out of a goal, rewards and spending requests always need a parent's approval.

PennyCrew is a mobile app for iOS and Android. This website is for information and support; there is no web version of the app.

The Free plan covers one kid and includes every core feature. Pro Crew adds room for 3 kids, monthly reports, the leaderboard and templates, and removes ads. Family Crew supports 5 kids and custom partner permissions. Current monthly and yearly prices are on the Pricing page; subscriptions are bought and managed in the App Store or Google Play.

Yes, on every plan. The owner invites a partner with a single-use link and approves them. Partners start with everyday permissions; on Family Crew the owner decides exactly what the partner may do.

Adults in families on the Free plan may see non-personalised ads. Kids never see ads, and paid plans have none.

Family data is only reachable by members of that family, and each kid only reaches their own records. Photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links.
