Roles
Parent (Crew Owner)
Creates the Crew and has full control of members, money, chores and the subscription.
- Add kids and set their PINs
- Create chores, routines, allowances and rewards
- Approve chores, rewards and spending requests
- Set spending limits or freeze spending
- Invite a partner and choose their permissions
- Manage the subscription, data export and deletion
Partner (Co-Parent)
A second adult who joins by invite and is approved by the owner. What they can do is set by the owner.
- Joins with a single-use invite link
- Starts with everyday permissions: chores, approvals, savings and cash hand-offs
- On Family Crew, the owner can choose exactly what they may do
- Sees the family activity feed and reports
Kid (Crew Member)
Signs in with the family code, their name and a PIN. No email address or phone number needed.
- Sees their own balance and history only
- Completes chores and daily routines
- Saves toward goals and keeps a wishlist
- Requests rewards and spending from parents
